1. Description of Service

Inburgering Coach provides practice materials and tools to help users prepare for the Dutch inburgering exam, including writing, speaking, and KNM (Kennis van de Nederlandse Maatschappij) exercises. Our service is intended for educational purposes and does not guarantee exam results.

2. User Accounts

• You must create an account to access most features of the application.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

3. Premium Purchase and Payments

• Some features require a one-time premium purchase.
• Payment is processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment details.
• Premium access is granted permanently after purchase — there are no recurring charges.
• For refund requests, please contact us at support@inburgering.coach.
• We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Copy, distribute, or reproduce our content without permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the service.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Inburgering Coach — including text, exercises, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the service without our written consent.

6. AI-Generated Content

Parts of our service use artificial intelligence to generate feedback, evaluate submissions, and provide practice content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Our service should be used as a supplementary study tool and not as the sole basis for exam preparation.

7. AI Processing of User Content

To provide our services, your submissions are processed by third-party AI providers:

• Writing submissions are sent to OpenAI for evaluation and feedback.
• Speaking recordings are sent to OpenAI for transcription and evaluation.
• Vocabulary words are sent to Google Gemini for translation.
• Exercise text is sent to Google Cloud Text-to-Speech for audio generation.

Please do not include sensitive personal information (such as financial details, government ID numbers, or medical information) in your exercise submissions.

8. Privacy Policy

By using our service, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

Inburgering Coach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
