Terms of sale

1. Who you're buying from

You buy directly from PH Softwares (trade name Inburgering Coach), a Dutch one-person business (eenmanszaak) based in Amsterdam:

2. What you get

A subscription to full access to the course:

• Every writing, speaking, and KNM exercise — no daily limit.
• Personal feedback on each answer.
• Practice sets with app scoring and personal feedback.

It starts with a 7-day free trial. We charge nothing during the trial. When it ends, the subscription begins and renews automatically every month until you cancel.

If you bought one-time full access before we moved to subscriptions, that access stays yours permanently. It will never start charging you, and nothing on this page changes it.

3. Price and VAT (btw)

The subscription costs €14.99 per month, charged every month until you cancel. This price includes 21% Dutch VAT (btw):

• Price excl. VAT: €12.39
• VAT (21% btw): €2.60
• Total per month: €14.99

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No hidden fees, no setup cost, and nothing is charged during the 7-day free trial.

If we ever change the price, we'll tell you by email before it applies to you, and you can cancel before the new price takes effect.

3a. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, including during the free trial, without giving a reason and without any cancellation fee.

• Bought on our website: cancel from your account settings in the app.
• Bought on iPhone: cancel in Apple's subscription settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Apple, not us, manages those subscriptions.
• Stuck? Email support@inburgering.coach and we'll cancel it for you.

Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. If you cancel during the free trial, you're never charged at all.

4. How you pay

Payment is handled by Mollie B.V., a licensed Dutch payment provider, using iDEAL or card. When you pay, you're redirected to Mollie (or your bank's app for iDEAL) to complete the payment, then back to Inburgering Coach.

5. When your access starts

Full access unlocks immediately and automatically when your free trial begins — usually within seconds, occasionally a minute. You don't need to do anything to activate it, and you are not charged to start the trial.

We do not ask you to give up your 14-day right of withdrawal (herroepingsrecht). You keep it. On top of it, we give you a full refund of your first monthly payment if you ask within 14 days of that payment — no reason needed. See the refund & withdrawal policy.

6. Receipt

We email you a receipt for every purchase, with our KVK and btw-id, the date, what you bought, and the VAT breakdown. Keep it for your records. If you're buying as a business and need a formal invoice, email admin@inburgering.coach and we'll send one.

7. Refunds & the exam-failure offer

Purchases from July 18, 2026 carry our exam-failure refund offer: sit an official exam part within 6 months of buying and fail it, and you get the full amount you paid back — conditions in the refund & withdrawal policy. This is a contractual refund offer, not a claim that app feedback predicts an official result or that using the product will make someone pass. That page also covers all other refunds. Short version: if the product genuinely doesn't work for you and you email us, we'll sort it out fairly.

8. Your account

Full access is for you. Don't share your login or resell your access. We may suspend accounts that are shared or abused.

9. If something goes wrong

If you're charged but access doesn't unlock, or anything about a payment looks wrong, email admin@inburgering.coach. Include the date and the email on your account and we'll fix it.

10. Governing law

Dutch law applies to your purchase. As a consumer, you keep all rights Dutch and EU consumer law gives you — nothing here takes those away.
